Jennifer Sheridan

Jennifer Sheridan Arnold is originally from Chicago, Il and began playing violin at the age of 4 in the Northfield Suzuki String Academy under Lydia Monahan. Jennifer received a MFA in violin performance from DePaul University with Joseph Genualdi and a Music Education/Performance degree from Western Illinois University in her bachelor studies with Gabriel Pegis.

Jennifer first joined the Bermuda School of Music in 1997, returned to the States to complete her MFA, and joined the Bermuda School of Music again in 2005. She has been a member of the Bermuda Chamber, Festival, Sinfonia, and Philharmonic orchestras. She has also performed for the Gilbert and Sullivan Society productions and especially enjoyed playing in the orchestra for Quincy Jones and Smokey Robinson as part of the Bermuda Music Festival.  Jennifer continues to regularly perform for orchestra, chamber, and solo recitals throughout the year.

She currently teaches a full studio of violin students, a handful of cello students and preschool music in the Suzuki String program at the Bermuda School of Music.
